What the Headteacher says...

The School is at an exciting stage of its development. We need candidates of the highest quality to ensure that our students can excel and to help us continue our journey to become an outstanding school. To support this we invest heavily in staff development and have a good record of preparing people for middle and senior leadership roles. There are ongoing coaching and mentoring cycles, an extensive programme of internal CPD, alongside opportunities to attend local and national training courses.
