The School is at an exciting stage of its development. Support Services Assistant
Fixed Term Contract (2 Terms)
Scale Point 14 (£16,781)
26 hours per week
We are seeking an enthusiastic Support Services Assistant to work in the school’s Student Support Services Team. Duties will include answering student queries at the Student Reception Desk, maintaining accurate records in relation to student’s attendance and liaising with parents / carers, the appropriate internal staff and outside agencies, general administration – typing, filing, photocopying.
A First Aid Certificate is not essential but would be advantageous, as there will be first aid duties as part of a first aid team.
You should have recent experience of working in a busy office environment, excellent communication and organisational skills, up to date knowledge of administrative procedures and systems, e.g. word, excel, outlook, etc. and will need to be able to work on your own initiative to meet the demanding requirements of the role.
