What the Headteacher says...
The School is at an exciting stage of its development. Cover Supervisor - Point 17 (£17,372 pro rata)
32.5 hours per week, TT+5 days
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to supervise lessons and facilitate learning during the absence of subject teachers. With a good standard of education, including English and Maths, you should have broad general knowledge providing the ability to cover lessons in a range of subjects. You will have significant experience of working with young people, preferably in groups or an educational setting, along with excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to handle conflict and employ behaviour management strategies. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to make decisions using own initiative, along with IT Skills including the ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook & Databases are also a requirement of the role.
