This notice provides information about the processing of pupils’ personal data by the other organisations mentioned in the notice. Background Homework is defined as any work or activity which pupils are asked to do outside lesson time either on their own or with parents or carers. During 2009 parents and carers, pupils and staff were consulted on their views about homework. It is from these views that this policy has been developed. Rationale All students have the right to be able to feel happy and secure, to make the most of their abilities, to succeed, to achieve and to be part of a healthy and happy school.
