Christmas Letter

The year 2016 has been a great one for us here at Headlands School. Across all year groups, I am proud to say our students continue to work tirelessly to make at least good progress in their learning, day in, day out and as a result they are securing at least good academic results across all their subject areas.

We are delighted to let you know that following the Tesco Bags of Help vote in your local Tesco store, our project came first and has been chosen by Tesco Customers to receive a grant award of £12,000.00!

Re-Start A Heart Day

Re-Start A Heart Day

On 18th October Year 12 students took part in the national Restart a Heart Day organised by the British Heart Foundation. All students learnt this life saving skill under supervision of local volunteers from the emergency services. Our thanks go to them for giving up their time to teach our students this vital life skill.

School Meal Price From January 2017

It has been agreed with Bridlington Schools Services Limited that the charge for a two course meal of the day for Secondary Schools will increase from £2.30 to £2.50 for a paying pupil from 1st January 2017.
