SLT Post Holder Changes

Dear Parent / Carer

Investing in and supporting staff development remains an on-going priority at Headlands School. Indeed our current Middle and Senior Leadership Teams are largely staff who started at Headlands School as Teachers and through personalised professional development opportunities they have secured, and continue to be successful in, key Leadership roles.

During September and October all staff undertake an annual review of their Appraisal Objectives. As part of these discussions we reflect on the impact of their professional development in their area of responsibility, their professional priorities and the schools improvement plans. Staff are then requested to update their Appraisal Objectives and apply for future professional development opportunities.
